Good Morning!

It has not failed to reach my attention, and indeed, I realized it last night; my blog is written without much for explanation and seems very biased, and perhaps, rather rude, although I hope not. I don't have the intention of being rude, but only honest. 

The truth is, I have not wanted to sacrifice my openness on this blog, considering it is my own secret blog, although open to the public, and I cannot remember where I have posted its link that even a handful of people should be finding it, but here we are. Maybe I'll remember someday or someone will remind me XD
But, like I said, I don't want to sacrifice my ability to be open about the people, emotions and events in my life. But I also want to have respect for those people I feel lucky (or even unfortunate) enough to have experienced being around and having in my life. I want to respect their privacy, and wishes; and there are certain people whom I know don't like having people know a lot about them. So I hope I haven't shared too much beyond my own experiences. I don't believe that I am regarded as very trustworthy by other people, and I definitely need to work on it. 


So, as you can see, balancing these two qualities is very difficult, and I want to be respectful above all else, even if those people in question are not reading my blog. 
Having cleared up all these things, I feel free to share some small points of my life : )

I already wrote about my current aesthetics, and now I want to share some things that have impacted, if not changed, my life : )

I began with her posture workout, then added her neck and underchin exercises. However, after that workout got taken down, I switched to a different one for your chin/neck area. I think I may have switched finally to a third video for it that I am still doing at the start of my workout routine. 
I have also done ones for legs, thighs, hips & your waist among others. Currently I am doing 4 videos, one for your neck and chin, one for your thighs, hips and behind all in one video, one for your side fat, or, "love handles" and one for a flat stomach/abs (although I just want to reduce bloating, I'm not looking to get toned muscles). 
I change and rearrange my workout playlist with various videos from her channel as I deem necessary, and she seems to have videos for literally everything.
But. why  channel specifically? 

Because she has relatively short, very easy, accessible, and effective exercises that target and improve all the areas I most wanted to, without all the work of your typical workouts. Plus, her channel has a peaceful background and room, and all her exercises are rather peaceful for a workout, making them easy to do right away in the morning. Plus, she has a sweet, friendly smile and shows a humanness in her videos, not cutting out parts that show her stumbling or losing her balance or forgetting how to do a step for a second. She just smiles and laughs and carries on, and it feels like I'm working out with a friend. I would highly recommend her channel to anyone and I feel very very grateful to have stumbled upon her posture video on my Pinterest this past June <3.

🍵- I got back into painting and have improved my skills in that area (I'll post some pictures 😊)

🍵- I have improved my lantern making skills as well, and revamped my Pinterest account, causing me to craft all my gifts for my family this year (since I have no money XD), and to become even more creative. I have wanted to open up another level of creativity in myself beyond writing and journaling, but I was never sure how. Now that I have, I will show you all the gifts I have made for my family and friends as well, when I post pictures of my paintings <3.

🍵- I have revamped my Pinterest account, which also means that my style is more refined and less confused looking. I have also purged my closet of the clothes which I do not wear and that has made my life infinitely better. This is your sign to be ruthless with your closet and drain it down to only those clothes which you actually wear. (I kept my "Ballgowns" though, because I do want to wear those eventually and as they were both hand-me-downs in excellent quality, I am happy to keep them!)

🍵- The end of the year is coming and that means my birthday and Christmas : ) 
Once these things happen I will be able to start truly journaling again 😊 I long to collage and scrapbook and journal with all the fun things again! Right now I'm just using highlighters and pens, and I so long for more supplies, but I will have to wait for gift cards and such for my birthday before I can get anything for that. But I have been feeling such an urge to journal again and that spark is something I'm very happy to have back in time for the new year 😊 Undoubtedly it's been fueled by the collages I've been finding on Pinterest, haha.


It is getting later into the day and I have poetry I need to transfer from notebooks to my computer, so I will be signing off ; )
